To enhance privacy, berms were shaped for each lot and 3000 mature trees planted with care and attention to distinguish 71 unique homesites that average 5 acres and ensure privacy, water views, and ample open space. Residents may choose between one of only 16 River Lots, each with over 100+ feet of Payette River frontage, 11 River View Estate lots, 30 Lake Front Estate Lots ranging between four and ten acres and located on one of the five community lakes within River Ranch, or the 6 Cabin Lots and 8 Cabin Lake Front Lots each of which offers two or more acres.
The amenities offered to homeowners are as impressive as the location that surrounds them. Within the River Ranch community there is direct connection to 30 paved miles of the City of McCall's bike and walking trail system. The Community Ranch House gives access to all homeowners to enjoy from the Ranch's unique riverside Family Picnic Pavilion. Trapper Cabin is a unique offering for homeowners to take advantage of while building their own Ranch River dream home. The serene, three-bedroom cabin is available while your future home is being constructed or as a rental home available to guests of residents.
And while those guests are visiting, entertain them with biking, running, or groomed winter trails, all seven and a half miles of which are connected to the City of McCall’s thirty-mile bike trail system.
