The Financial District in Downtown Manhattan has seen the evolution of New York City since the  very founding of the metropolis, charming residents and visitors with cobblestone streets, cultural  institutions, and historic architecture. Now, as residents move into One Wall Street, the  Art Deco skyscraper which led the area's transformation into a world-class residential area, the  next phase of luxury residential living in the historic neighborhood has begun.

One Wall Street claims the title of the largest office-to- residential conversion in New York City  history. Originally built in 1931 as the Irving Trust Company bank headquarters, One Wall Street  was designed by The New York Times' "Architect of the Century" Ralph Walker and now  represents one of the most ambitious examples of adaptive reuse in the city's history. Developed  by Macklowe Properties in a remarkably complex and intricate restoration, One Wall Street  comprises 566 homes complemented by 100,000-square-feet of amenities and a residential lifestyle previously unavailable in New York City, evoking the timeless pedigree of this iconic  landmark.

With amenities for residents and their guests inspired by the best social clubs of London and New York, The One Club comprises the entire 38th and 39th floors, as well as much of the sixth floor, at One Wall Street, highlighting amenities for wellness, entertainment, leisure, and business. Overlooking the skyline from the 38th floor, the 75-foot Sky Pool accesses an outdoor terrace and skywalk with stunning views of the Statue of Liberty. The One Club private restaurant for residents and guests offers a menu of seasonal dishes in the dining room designed by AD100 Hall of Fame designer Deborah Berke Partners, or al fresco on the terrace overlooking New York Harbor. Residents can sip on coffee or cocktails, including the signature One Wall Streeter, at the One Club Bar which is tended by a barista during the day and a professional mixologist at night.

The concept for a transformative co-working space, One Works by The One Club, answered the unanticipated surge in demand for hybrid working systems borne by the pandemic. Exclusively available to all residents and guests, the 6,500-square-foot co-working space was thoughtfully designed in partnership with Deborah Berke to create an effortless, multifunctional space to support residents with the option of working from home. Two large conference rooms for meetings and presentations, a variety of workspaces including desks, lounges and collaborative tables, soundproof phone or podcasting rooms with equipment are included in addition to a fireplace, a kitchen with a coffee bar, and business-class printing supported by complementary building-wide WiFi.

With full-time door staff, porters, resident manager, and white-glove concierge service, One Wall Street is the Financial District's first true luxury residential building. Even the retail space in the building puts everything at residents’ fingertips. Recently opened to the public, One Wall Street's retail space at the base of the building, including the Financial District's largest grocer, Whole Foods, and a massive Life Time Fitness Resort, have created a new residential center of Downtown. In addition, luxury French retailer Printemps will open their first U.S. store in a 54,000-square foot space, including the historic Red Room.

To maintain the elegance of One Wall Street's coveted pre-war proportions and architecture, the team meticulously created modern layouts for the residences that reflect the way people live today with the best in contemporary craftsmanship and materiality. THe building just revealed a rare collaboration between interior designer Guillaume Coutheillas of frenchCALIFORNIA and developer Mr. Harry Macklowe in one of the grandest trophy apartments in the building with unparalleled views overlooking New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. Macklowe and Coutheillas approached the design as if the home was for Mr. Macklowe, drawing inspiration from their travels abroad. Additionally, world-class residential offerings at One Wall Street can be exemplified in model residences by AD100 designer Elizabeth Graziolo of Yellow House Architects and French architect and designer Cyril Vergniol, which were unveiled in 2022.

Available residences range in price from $1.13 million to $12.750 million, excluding the Penthouse. Pricing for larger units is available upon request.
